In Himachal, persimmon trees ripen slowly as autumn sets in. As the air turns crisp, the fruit deepens in colour and sweetness, reaching its peak only when nature allows.

Our local farmers hand-pick fully ripe persimmons at just the right moment. Made with maximum fruit content and no preservatives, this preserve captures the fruit’s naturally mellow, honey-like sweetness. Every jar reflects the season it comes from and the people who carefully grow it.

Shelf life: Can be stored on shelf for 12 months before opening. Please refrigerate after opening.
