Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The capitalised terms in this policy have the meanings set out below. Singular uses include the plural and vice versa.

Definitions

Company: So Himalayas, Village Dobhi, Tehsil Dobhi, Dist. Kullu, Himachal Pradesh – 175129, India.
Goods: the items offered for sale on our website.
Orders: your request to purchase Goods from us.
Service: the ecommerce website operated by the Company.
You: the individual or entity accessing or purchasing through the Service.

Shipping Duration

We endeavour—but do not guarantee—to deliver within the timeframes below.

Standard Shipping (India Post):
Pan-India deliveries usually arrive within 3 – 7 business days. Remote or difficult-to-access locations may take up to 10 business days.

*Orders placed on business days are packed and manifested for dispatch within 3 business days. We currently process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from our Dobhi, Kullu facility.*

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

Further, we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following: (i) unavailability of the relevant product; (ii) failure of the concerned manufacturer/supplier/designer/importer to deliver relevant product to us; (iii) poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process; and (iv) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation. In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your payment method.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping applies on prepaid orders above ₹1,500 sent to a single Indian address. Custom or gift orders arranged outside the website may attract additional charges. Our free-shipping partner is India Post.

Delays & Partial Shipments

Other factors leading to a delay in delivery my be through the courier partner, transporters’ strike, holidays etc. We will not be held responsible for any such delays. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods by instalments. If the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

If you do not receive your order within the estimated window, please contact us at sohimalayas@gmail.com or +91 96409 01827. Proof of delivery at the address provided constitutes fulfilment of our obligation. For damaged parcels, e-mail clear photographs within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

If you receive damaged goods, you may contact us for a replacement order after sending images/video of the damaged goods via email or phone. Please mention your order ID. We reserve the right to replace the goods based on the authenticity of the images/videos sent to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any orders. All purchases must be prepaid using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
